Overview
The NFC Tagify Reseller Portal is a white-label version of the platform designed for businesses that want to offer digital business cards as their own branded product. If you are a reseller, your clients never need to see the NFC Tagify name — they interact with a platform that looks and feels like yours.
This page gives resellers an overview of what the portal can do and how to start managing clients.

What the Reseller Portal Is
When you become an NFC Tagify reseller, you receive access to a dedicated portal where you can:
- Create and manage client companies under your reseller account.
- Apply your own branding — logo, colours, domain, and support details — to the platform your clients see.
- Set a custom domain so clients access the platform via your URL, not NFC Tagify's.
- Control billing and pricing for your clients independently of NFC Tagify's public pricing.
Your clients log into the platform and use it as if it were your own product. All profile data, templates, and settings are scoped to each company you manage.

Key Capabilities
Manage Client Companies
You can create as many client companies as your plan allows. Each company is isolated — its data, users, and settings are separate from other companies you manage. You can:
- Create new companies and invite their administrators.
- View and edit company settings on behalf of a client.
- Suspend or deactivate a company if a client's subscription lapses.
- Set company-level branding that can inherit from or override your reseller branding.
Apply Custom Branding
The branding you set in the reseller portal cascades down to every company and profile under your account. Your clients will see your logo and brand colours throughout the platform. Individual companies can further customise their own branding within the limits you allow.

Set Custom Domains
You can configure a custom domain for your reseller platform (e.g. app.yourbrand.com) and optionally allow or assign custom domains to individual client companies. Clients' public profile links will resolve through your domain rather than id.nfctagify.com.

Manage Billing
Pricing and billing for your clients is handled separately from NFC Tagify's standard subscription tiers. Your reseller agreement defines the pricing structure, and you can configure what each client company is charged. This is managed in the Billing section of the Reseller Portal.
Manage Templates
You can create profile templates, QR code designs, and business card layouts and make them available to your client companies. Companies can use your templates as-is or customise them within the boundaries you set.

How to Access the Reseller Portal
The Reseller Portal is accessed at [NEEDS VERIFICATION: exact URL, e.g. portal.nfctagify.com/reseller or a dedicated subdomain]. Your reseller credentials are separate from any standard user account.
If you have not yet received login details, contact your NFC Tagify account manager or email [NEEDS VERIFICATION: reseller support email].
Once logged in, the portal displays your reseller dashboard, which shows:
- Total number of active client companies.
- Recent activity across your managed companies.
- Billing status and usage summary.

Managing Clients
Creating a New Client Company
Accessing a Client's Settings
You can enter any managed company's settings directly from your portal without needing the client's credentials. From the Companies list, click a company name and then Manage to enter that company's admin view.
Suspending a Client
If a client's account needs to be paused (e.g. non-payment), you can suspend their company from the Reseller Portal. Suspended companies cannot log in and their public profiles are hidden until the account is reactivated.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do my clients know their platform is powered by NFC Tagify?
Not unless you tell them. The reseller portal is designed to be fully white-label. Your branding appears throughout, and NFC Tagify branding is removed from client-facing screens when white-labelling is active.
Can I set different pricing for different clients?
Yes. Billing is configurable per company. Contact your NFC Tagify account manager to discuss pricing options available under your reseller agreement.
What happens if a client wants to contact support?
Support queries from your clients should come to you, not to NFC Tagify directly. You can configure your own support email address in the reseller branding settings, which will appear in the platform UI for your clients.
Can I transfer a company from my reseller account to another reseller?
