Overview

NFCTagify lets you create and share digital business cards. After signing up, you complete a short onboarding flow, then use the dashboard to manage profiles, view analytics, and access design tools. This guide covers the first steps.

How to Sign Up

Go to the sign-up page (or invitation link if you were invited).

Enter your email and password.

If you have an invitation token, it will pre-fill your signup.

After signup, you may be taken to onboarding or directly to the dashboard.

Onboarding Flow

New users go through a short onboarding with up to 5 steps:

Your details — Enter your name, job title, and contact information.

Organization info — For business accounts: company name, email, phone, website.

Organization links — Add social and website links for your company.

Organization images — Upload company logo and banner (optional).

Complete — Your profile is ready. You can:

Go to home page — Opens the dashboard.
Edit your profile — Opens the profile editor.
Link your NFC card — If you have a card to link, this takes you to the NFC linking flow.

On desktop, a QR code of your profile link is shown so you can scan and test. On mobile, a "View Your Profile" button opens your profile in a new tab.

Dashboard Overview

The dashboard is your home page. From the sidebar you can reach:

Home — Dashboard (current page).
Profiles — List of your profiles. Click a profile to open its hub.
Teams — For business accounts with admin access. Manage teams and departments.
Organization — For company admins. Manage company-wide settings and branding.
Analytics — View profile views, link clicks, and engagement.

Dashboard Cards

The dashboard shows summary cards:

Profiles — Number of profiles you have. Click to go to Profiles.
Teams — Number of teams (company admins only). Click to go to Teams.
Users — Number of users and pending invitations (company admins only). Click to go to Settings → Users.
Cards Connected — Number of NFC cards linked to profiles. Click to go to Profiles.
Profile Views — Total profile views in the last 30 days. Click to go to Analytics.

Profile Insights

Shows profile views this month, most viewed profile, and average views per profile.

Suggestions

Context-aware suggestions appear based on your account type and permissions. Examples:

Create company QR code design (company admins).
Create company wallet pass (company admins).
Add profile photo, set up QR code, link NFC card (individuals or profile-level users).
Profiles without NFC cards linked (when some profiles have no card).

Click a suggestion to go directly to the relevant tool or page.

Offline Mode

If you go offline, the app shows cached profiles with QR codes so you can still share your contact. A banner indicates you are offline.

Next Steps

Edit your profile — Go to Profiles, select a profile, then click Profile Details or Edit.
Design your card — From a profile hub, use Profile Template, QR Code, Print Card, or Wallet.
Share your contact — Use your profile link, QR code, vCard download, or wallet pass.
Order NFC cards — Company and department admins can order cards from the sidebar (Order NFC Cards).
