Overview

The NFC Tagify Partner Portal is for external businesses that integrate NFC Tagify into their own ordering, fulfilment, or e-commerce workflows. If you run a print shop, a merchandise business, or an e-commerce store and want to offer NFC business cards to your customers, the Partner Portal gives you the tools to manage those orders and monitor card status without needing to contact NFC Tagify support for every update.

What the Partner Portal Is

The Partner Portal is a dedicated interface for approved integration partners. It is distinct from both the standard user portal (for end users) and the reseller portal (for white-label platform resellers).

Partners typically fall into one of two categories:

  • Fulfilment partners — businesses that handle the physical production and delivery of NFC cards on behalf of NFC Tagify or their own clients.
  • E-commerce / Shopify partners — businesses with an existing online store who want to sell NFC Tagify products as part of their own product catalogue.

The Partner Portal provides a shared interface for both types, with the specific features visible to you depending on the integration type agreed with NFC Tagify.

Key Capabilities

View Orders

The Partner Portal displays all orders placed through your integration — including order status, the products ordered, fulfilment status, and tracking information where available. You can filter and search orders by date, status, or customer reference.

Check Card Status

For each order, you can check the status of individual NFC cards — whether they have been linked to a profile, activated, shipped, or are awaiting setup. This is useful for providing accurate status updates to your own customers.

Access the Partner API

The Partner Portal gives you access to your API credentials, which you can use to integrate NFC card ordering directly into your own systems. Orders placed via the API appear in the Partner Portal alongside any orders placed through the interface directly.

Shopify Integration

If you are running a Shopify store, the Shopify integration allows NFC Tagify products to appear in your catalogue and orders placed on your store to be automatically forwarded to NFC Tagify for fulfilment. Order status updates from NFC Tagify flow back into your Shopify admin.

How to Request Partner Access

The Partner Portal is not open to the public. Access is granted after an onboarding conversation with the NFC Tagify team.

To request access:

  • Contact NFC Tagify via [NEEDS VERIFICATION: partner enquiry email or contact form URL].
  • Describe your integration use case — what you intend to build and approximately what order volumes you expect.
  • NFC Tagify will arrange a brief onboarding call to discuss your requirements and agree terms.
  • Once onboarded, you will receive login credentials and your initial API keys.

    Navigating the Partner Portal
