Help Center › Reseller Branding
Overview
As a reseller, you can customise the appearance of the NFC Tagify platform so that your clients see your brand, not ours. This includes your logo, brand colours, company name, support contact details, and the domain clients use to access the platform.
Branding changes you make in the Reseller Portal cascade down to all client companies unless a company has applied their own overrides.

How to Access Branding Settings
Changes saved here apply to the platform as your clients see it. It is recommended to preview and test changes before saving, particularly colour changes that could affect readability.

Applying a Logo
Recommended Specifications
| Property | Recommended value |
|----------|-----------------|
| Format | PNG or SVG |
| Background | Transparent |
| Dimensions | [NEEDS VERIFICATION: e.g. max 400 × 120 px] |
| Max file size | [NEEDS VERIFICATION: e.g. 2 MB] |
Steps
If you upload a logo that is too wide or too tall, it will be scaled down automatically to fit the header area. For best results, use a horizontally oriented logo with a transparent background.
---
Setting Brand Colours
Brand colours are applied globally to the UI your clients see — buttons, active states, links, and navigation highlights all pick up the primary colour.
Steps
#1A73E8) or use the picker to select a colour visually.Accessibility Note
Ensure there is sufficient contrast between your chosen colours and the white or light-grey backgrounds used in the platform. A minimum contrast ratio of 4.5:1 is recommended for body text and interactive elements. You can check your colours with a free online contrast checker before applying them.
---
Setting Your Support Email
Your support email is displayed in the platform footer and in automated emails sent to your clients. When a client clicks a help or support link, they will be directed to this address rather than NFC Tagify's own support.
Make sure this is an actively monitored inbox — your clients will use it for billing queries, access issues, and general support requests.
---
Custom Domain for the Reseller Portal
You can configure a custom domain so that clients access the platform via your own URL (e.g. app.yourbrand.com) rather than the default NFC Tagify address.
This is covered in full in the [Reseller Custom Domains](../help-pages/reseller-custom-domains.md) guide.

How Branding Inheritance Works
Branding follows a cascade:
Reseller branding → Company branding → (Profile)
- Your reseller branding is the default for all companies you manage.
- A company admin can override specific elements (such as their own logo) within the limits you allow.
- If a company has not set its own overrides, it inherits your reseller branding fully.
You can control which branding elements companies are permitted to override from the Company Permissions settings in the Reseller Portal.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can individual client companies have different logos from mine?
Yes, if you permit it. Companies can upload their own logo, which will replace yours for that company's users. Your reseller branding remains the default for any company that has not set its own.
Will my branding appear in emails sent to clients?
Yes. Transactional emails such as invitations, password resets, and notifications use your brand name and logo when white-labelling is active.
Can I preview branding changes before saving?
Yes. The branding editor shows a live preview panel. Review it carefully — particularly colour changes — before clicking Save.
Can I remove my branding and revert to the NFC Tagify default?
Yes. You can clear individual fields in the Branding section to revert to the platform default for that element. To fully remove all custom branding, clear all fields and save.
