Everything you need to create your account, set up your first digital business card, and start sharing.

What is NFC Tagify?

NFC Tagify is a digital business card platform. You create a profile with your contact details, photo, and links. Anyone who taps your NFC card or scans your QR code sees your profile instantly — no app download required on their end.

Creating your account

Option 1 — Email and password

  • Go to [portal.nfctagify.com](https://portal.nfctagify.com) and click Sign up
  • Enter your email address and choose a password
  • Click Create account
  • Check your email for a verification link and click it to confirm
  • Log in with your email and password
  • Option 2 — Magic link (passwordless)

  • Go to [portal.nfctagify.com](https://portal.nfctagify.com) and click Log in with magic link (or Email me a link)
  • Enter your email address and click Send link
  • Check your email — you will receive a one-time login link
  • Click the link to be logged in automatically; no password needed
  • Magic links expire after 1 hour. Request a new one if yours has expired.

    Joining via invitation

    If a company admin has invited you, you will receive an invitation email with a personalised link.

  • Click the link in the invitation email
  • Set your password (or choose a magic link login)
  • Your profile will already be pre-created inside the company; complete your details
  • Setting a password and resetting it

    To set or change your password:

  • Go to Portal → Settings → Account
  • Click Change password and follow the prompts
  • If you have forgotten your password:

  • On the login page, click Forgot password
  • Enter your email address and click Send reset link
  • Check your email and click the reset link
  • Enter and confirm your new password
  • Password reset links expire after 1 hour.

    Setting up multi-factor authentication (MFA)

    MFA adds a second layer of security by requiring a time-based code from an authenticator app in addition to your password.

  • Go to Portal → Settings → Security
  • Click Enable two-factor authentication
  • Scan the QR code with an authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Authy, 1Password, or similar)
  • Enter the 6-digit code shown in your authenticator app to confirm setup
  • Save your backup codes in a safe place
  • Once enabled, you will be asked for an MFA code every time you log in.

    Completing your profile

    After signing in for the first time:

  • Go to Portal → Your Profile (or click your name)
  • Upload a profile photo and optional banner/hero image
  • Fill in your name, job title, and company
  • Add your contact details (work email, phone, website)
  • Add your social links (LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Instagram, etc.)
  • Write a short bio or headline
  • Click Save
  • Your profile is now live. Share it by copying your profile link from the top of the profile page.

    Sharing your profile

    Once your profile is complete, you can share it in four ways:

    | NFC card | Order an NFC card; tap it to a phone to open your profile |

    | Wallet pass | Add your profile to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet |

    Frequently asked questions

    Is there a free trial?

    Yes — NFC Tagify offers a free trial period. No credit card is required to start. See the [pricing page](https://nfctagify.com/pricing) for details. [NEEDS VERIFICATION: exact trial length]

    Can I change my email address?

    Go to Settings → Account to update your email address. You may need to re-verify the new address.

    I did not receive the verification or magic link email.

    Check your spam or junk folder. If it's not there, wait a minute and try again. Make sure you entered the correct email address. Contact support if the problem persists.

    Can I have more than one account?

    Each email address has one account. If you need separate access for personal and work use, use different email addresses.

    What if I was invited but the link has expired?

    Ask the admin who invited you to resend the invitation from their portal account.

    Can I delete my account?

    Yes — go to Settings → Account → Delete account. This is irreversible and will remove your profile and all associated data. [NEEDS VERIFICATION: exact menu path]
