NFC Tagify Cancellation Policy

Customized Items:

You may cancel your order any time before submitting the design. Once the design has been submitted, the order cannot be canceled as we immediately commence customization.

Non-Customized Items:

Orders for non-customized items are typically processed on the same or next working day. Please note that if the items have already been packed with a shipping label or dispatched, cancellation might be unfeasible.

Customized Items

If the customized product does not meet your expectations, please let us know. We'll collaborate with you to rectify the situation and provide a replacement, return, or refund.

Kindly be aware that submitted designs are deemed final and will be sent to production right away. Any changes to the design or additional submissions cannot be made, and unfortunately, returns or refunds cannot be provided under these circumstances.

Non-Customized Items

You can return non-customized items in their original condition within 30 days for a full refund.

Refund Timing

Refunds are usually processed within 5 working days, but depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take up to 2 weeks for the funds to be available in your account.

NFC Tagify Shipping Policy

Tracked Delivery 

We utilize tracked delivery services and assume responsibility if the item is lost or damaged during transit.

Delivery Delays

Please note that we cannot control or be responsible for delays caused by the carrier service or for international orders held at customs.

Address Details

Make sure to provide the correct and complete address when placing your order. Unfortunately, we cannot make changes to the address after the order is placed, and we are not responsible for issues arising from incorrect address information.

Returned Items

If an item is returned to us and you need it reshipped, we may charge you for additional shipping fees.

Shipment Tracking Numbers

Immediate Processing: Once your order is placed, we promptly print the shipping label, packing list, customization details, and postage is paid. A tracking number will be provided to you; however, it will only become active once the shipment is collected from our office or accepted by the courier.

Customization Confirmation: Receiving a tracking number shortly after placing an order does not mean we have shipped your item without customization. Rest assured, we will not send any customized items without receiving and approving your design first.

Turnaround Times

Processing Time

Customized Items: Once the artwork is approved by both parties and meets all our requirements, please allow 2 to 3 working days for us to process and customize your order.

Delivery Time

After processing, delivery times are as follows:


- Standard: 1 to 2 working days

- Express (DHL Express): 1 working day


- Standard: 5 working days

- Express: (DHL Express): 1 to 3 working days


- Standard: 5 to 7 working days

- Express: (DHL Express): Around 5 working days


- Standard: 5 working days

- Express: (DHL Express): 2 to 4 working days

Note: The delivery times listed above are applicable after the processing time of 2 to 3 working days.

NFC Tagify Customs Policy for International Orders

At NFC Tagify, we do not charge or collect any local taxes or VAT for international orders. This means that in some destination countries, taxes and VAT may apply upon arrival, and items might be held at customs for clearance.

These costs and procedures vary widely between countries, and it's the customer's responsibility to track the item and make any required payments if needed.
