This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs the use of the NFC Tagify platform and services. By using the Service, you agree to comply with this AUP.

This policy supplements our Terms of Service. In the event of a conflict, the Terms of Service take precedence.

1. Prohibited Content

You must not create, upload, or distribute content that:

  • Is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, or defamatory
  • Infringes any intellectual property rights (copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret)
  • Contains malware, viruses, or malicious code
  • Constitutes spam, phishing, or deceptive communication
  • Violates the privacy of others (e.g., sharing personal data without consent)
  • Is pornographic, sexually explicit, or involves minors in any inappropriate way
  • Promotes violence, self-harm, terrorism, or discrimination based on protected characteristics

2. Prohibited Activities

You must not use the Service to:

  • Gain unauthorised access to any computer system, network, or data
  • Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems or those of third parties
  • Circumvent or bypass authentication or security measures
  • Conduct distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks
  • Harvest or collect personal data of other users without their consent
  • Create fake profiles or impersonate real people or organisations
  • Automate account creation (bots, scripts) without prior written permission
  • Resell or sublicense access to the Service without authorisation (see Reseller Agreement)
  • Engage in activities that disproportionately burden our infrastructure
  • Use the Service to facilitate cryptocurrency mining

3. NFC Card and QR Code Use

NFC cards and QR codes you create through our platform must only be linked to profiles and content that comply with this AUP.

You must not use NFC cards or QR codes to redirect users to:

  • Malware or phishing sites
  • Illegal content
  • Content that violates the prohibited content rules above

4. Team and Company Accounts

Company administrators are responsible for ensuring all team members within their organisation comply with this AUP. Violations by any team member may result in action against the entire company account.

5. Resellers

Resellers using our white-label platform are responsible for enforcing this AUP with their own end customers. Failure to do so may result in termination of the reseller relationship.

6. Reporting Violations

To report a violation of this AUP, email abuse@nfctagify.com with details of the violation, including URLs where applicable.

We will investigate reports and take appropriate action, which may include removing content, suspending accounts, or reporting to law enforcement.

7. Consequences of Violations

Violations of this AUP may result in:

  • Removal of offending content
  • Temporary suspension of your account
  • Permanent termination of your account without refund
  • Reporting to law enforcement or regulatory authorities

8. Changes

We may update this AUP from time to time. Continued use of the Service after notice of changes constitutes acceptance.
