Ask us to include tag management in your project scope and quote. Changing a destination through the platform is different from remotely rewriting a chip encoded with a fixed URL.

For bespoke bulk manufacturing, we work with our partner production facility in China. NFC Tagify helps coordinate the specification, customisation, encoding, agreed quality checks and international shipping.
This is a separate service from our UK partner customisation and recurring fulfilment operation. Production location, lead time, packing and delivery arrangements are confirmed in your quote.
We support one-off projects, repeat campaigns and regular replenishment. Share your target budget and likely quantities so we can discuss suitable options and pricing at scale.

Questions about bulk NFC orders
Do we need to become a reseller?
No. This service is available for one-off and repeat business projects. You do not need a white-label software or fulfilment partnership.
What is the minimum quantity?
Minimums depend on the product, tooling, printing, encoding and packaging. Projects can range from hundreds to hundreds of thousands of items; send the specification and quantity for a tailored quote.
Can each item have a different QR code and NFC destination?
Yes, within the agreed specification. We can support variable QR codes, printed text and NFC encoding from an agreed data sheet. The matching and checking process is confirmed before production.
Can you help choose the chip and tag type?
Yes. Describe the use, reading devices, mounting surface and environment. We help narrow down suitable formats and chip options; compatibility and any testing requirements are agreed for your application.
Can we use our own software?
Yes. We can encode your URLs or agreed supported data, or supply blank products for you to programme. NFC Tagify tag management is optional and should be included in the agreed scope if required.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Shipping method, costs, expected transit and any import or duty arrangements are confirmed for your destination. Manufacturing and shipping times are quoted separately; tell us about fixed deadlines before ordering.
