One partner platform.
Every dealership’s own identity.
How a registered reseller used NFC Tagify to deliver bespoke digital profiles and connected staff ID badges for premium car dealerships across multiple UK cities — under the partner’s own software brand.

- White label
- Partner-branded management platform
- Bespoke
- Dealership domains and profile designs
- NFC + QR
- Staff ID with digital contact sharing
A branded service.
A bespoke experience.
A marketing and design partner working with premium automotive dealerships needed to deliver more than a standard digital business card. The service had to feel like the partner’s own software, while each dealership’s customer-facing profiles had to reflect its particular brand.
The dealerships had detailed requirements for domains, fonts, icons, colours and profile layouts. Their sales teams also needed a physical badge that worked as visible staff identification in the showroom and as a way to share information digitally.
NFC Tagify supplied the underlying platform and custom ID / Badge Smart Cards. The partner led the client relationship and the bespoke visual design, bringing a tailored service to dealerships across multiple UK cities.
Two levels of branding.
One connected service.
The project combined two distinct requirements: the identity of the service provider and the identity of the dealership.
Who sees which brand?
-
The management platform
The partner’s branding appears in the software used to log in and manage the service. -
The public profile
The dealership’s own domain and bespoke visual design shape the customer-facing experience. -
The physical badge
Staff identification connects to that digital experience through NFC and QR.
The partner’s own software offering
The reseller used a white-label version of the platform, presenting the management service under its own brand. This gave the partner a branded software offering alongside its design and marketing work.
The dealership’s own digital identity
Public profiles were built around the dealerships’ specific designs, including custom HTML and CSS, fonts, icons and colours. Dealership domains were part of the setup, keeping the customer-facing profiles aligned with the identity visitors expected.
The distinction mattered: branding the management platform for the reseller did not mean making every dealership’s public profile look the same. The partner could provide its own branded service while delivering a separate, carefully designed experience for each client.
From bespoke design
to repeatable delivery.
The partner supplied artwork and employee information for the badge and profile setup. The workflow brought together company-level design, individual staff details, NFC programming and the printed QR codes.
Spreadsheet-based data and reusable templates supported the creation of personalised profiles and print layouts. The partner could manage profile details before handing cards over to the dealerships, with further orders adding staff cards over time.
- Establish the partner brandSet up the white-label management experience for the reseller’s service.
- Apply the dealership identityConfigure the public-facing domain and the partner’s bespoke profile design.
- Add individual staff detailsUse employee data within the appropriate company profile and badge design.
- Produce connected ID badgesPrint and programme the badges, with NFC and QR access to the digital experience.
This made the project an ongoing partner service, supported by repeat orders, rather than a single batch of printed cards.
An ID badge that
continues the conversation.
In the showroom, the badge provides visible identification for the sales adviser. A customer can then tap the NFC badge or scan its QR code to open the associated digital profile.
The profile brings together information about the dealership and the adviser’s contact details. It supports both an introduction to the business and a way to stay in touch with the person helping the customer.
The same ID / Badge Smart Card product therefore serves a physical and a digital purpose: identifying the member of staff and making their information accessible from a phone.
What the partnership
put in place.
- A partner-branded management platform supporting the reseller’s own service.
- Dealership-specific domains and public profiles with bespoke layouts, fonts, icons and colours.
- Connected ID badges for showroom sales teams across multiple UK cities.
- NFC and QR access to dealership information and staff contact details.
- A repeatable process for additional cards using employee data and established designs.
The project demonstrates how a reseller can combine its design expertise and client relationships with NFC Tagify’s software and physical production. The partner keeps its own service identity, while each dealership receives a digital experience built around its brand.
