One dashboard.
Each property’s own brand.

A US property organisation needed digital business cards that respected each property’s identity while keeping management in one place. NFC Tagify brought together branded profiles, custom physical cards and flexible staff onboarding.

Multiple properties.
Individual identities.

The central creative team supported different property brands and their on-site staff. Each needed its own card design and digital identity, with a way to oversee the work across the organisation.

That meant more than applying a different logo to a standard card. The requirement covered brand-specific digital profile templates, card materials and print designs, employee details and delivery. The process also needed to accommodate new properties and small batches of staff cards over time.

The project began with sample cards and a platform walkthrough. The emails record oak and PVC samples, followed by a black bamboo wood card order for an on-site team. This gave the customer a practical way to assess the physical card alongside the digital experience.

Central oversight.
Separate brand spaces.

The management structure placed property teams within the main account, with each brand using its own profile template. The central administrator could oversee the setup without forcing every property into the same visual identity.

How the setup is organised

  1. Main dashboard
The central team oversees the property teams and their branding.
  2. Property team
Each brand has its own template and associated staff profiles.
  3. Individual employee
Personal contact details sit within the appropriate branded profile.

Company Admin access was provided so the customer could explore the design and branding settings and send branded profile kits to staff. NFC Tagify also offered hands-on help with CSV data, profile creation and print design generation.

When additional properties were proposed, the customer specifically requested visibility from the existing dashboard. NFC Tagify confirmed that these would be added as separate teams within the main account. This established a clear structure for expansion.

From a brand brief
to a connected card.

Not every property arrives with the same design assets. Some supply finished print artwork; others provide a logo, a preferred card type and a few instructions. NFC Tagify can then prepare the physical design and the matching digital profile template.

For the wider workflow described by the project team, a property’s website can also provide the starting point for its logo and colours. The aim is a consistent experience from the card in someone’s hand to the profile they open on their phone.

In the documented wood-card order, the customer supplied logo options and a brand colour palette. NFC Tagify prepared mockups for review before production. The cards were made and dispatched directly to the US property team.

Ready to use.
Or ready to onboard.

The service supports two ways to get employees started, depending on whether their details are available when cards are ordered.

When employee details are already available

NFC Tagify creates the individual profiles using the supplied contact information and applies the correct brand template. Cards can then be prepared for the named staff members, ready to use when they arrive. The email correspondence confirms that team profiles were created from supplied employee details.

When staff will add their own details

Cards can instead be prepared against the property’s branded onboarding flow. On the first tap, the employee sees the company identity and enters their own contact details. Their profile is then connected to the appropriate team and its shared brand template.

This second route, described by NFC Tagify’s project team, lets an organisation order a small batch before every individual is assigned. Staff supply their details while the company’s established branding carries through to the profile.

For partner-led delivery, the fulfilment workflow also accommodates white-label direct shipping to the destination company, bringing the design, profile setup and physical card supply together.

A foundation for
the next property.

  • A central administrator account with access to design and branding settings.
  • Prepared staff profiles and custom wood cards for an initial property team.
  • Digital and physical branding aligned through logos, colour guidance and reviewed mockups.
  • Flexible employee setup through prepared profiles or branded first-tap onboarding.
  • A defined expansion structure for additional property teams within the same dashboard.

Following the initial order, the customer introduced further property projects and asked to bring them into the same management view. The case shows how custom card production can support an ongoing multi-brand programme, with individual property identities and a consistent process for adding staff.

Customer and property identities are withheld for confidentiality. This account combines project correspondence with NFC Tagify’s description of the onboarding and fulfilment workflow. Additional properties discussed in the correspondence are expansion plans; no portfolio-wide deployment total or performance uplift is claimed.
